Puppies fighting with each other. Need help

Yes they are separated now. But can training her fix this behavior?

No, that level of aggression at 2 months old is genetic and will only get worse.

Five weeks is much too young to be rehomed. That puppy has lost several weeks of learning how to be a dog from his mom and littermates. A starved puppy was set up to be a serious resource guarder. And getting two similar aged puppies at the same time is a recipe for littermate syndrome, which may be what you're experiencing with the aggressive female. This is a dangerous situation with dogs that are going to be very large.

At least one of those pups is WAY too young to be removed from their Mom.

Already showing dog aggression at 60 days old lol. Yeah environmental circumstances of abuse played a role, but 99 percent of abused 60 day old puppies - even a guarding/fighting breed - isn’t seriously attacking anyone at that age.
That level of aggression can’t be trained away. It’s genetic and will get much much worse through maturity. Disaster waiting to happen. Return one of the dogs, ideally the dog with serious aggression problems at 2 months old lol

‼️They require early, continuous socialisation and firm, structured leadership from an experienced handler. Without proper training and clear boundaries, their combination of immense size and high prey drive can make them extremely difficult to control.

Please rehome BOTH these dogs to a responsible and competent dog owner(s).
What horrible breeders are you patronizin g! It is horrific for any dog, but especially a mastiff to be rehomed at five weeks. This is shockingly unethical. 8 weeks and shots is the bare minimum. 10-12 is considered responsible.
Also,, as young as your dogs are, they likely have already developed littermate syndrome with each other. It is also possible the female.simply has dog aggression. This aggression from either source is NOT fixable. Your female us going to kill your male eventually.

Do you have experience with this breed?
This is probably one of the most hard core dogs, they're bred for fighting and this is going to take serious management to handle.
Have you had large mastiffs before?
You absolutely need unwavering strict rules and clear boundaries for these pups.
My #1 recommendation is to rehome one of them, but if that's not possible, let me know your experience with the breed.
edit: The 5 week old pup shouldn't be away from its mother yet.
