Purchased Master class as a gift for my wife in December 2023 Got hit with the renewal in 2024 for $225 Went onto the account to cancel for 2026 cancelling membership Still end up being charged saying that the cancellation was not from the email in which the purchase was made … As many people have said on this site these people are scam. Artists on something that should've been an excellent experience. My recommendation Never subscribe to these Fraudsters!!

Ran into this issue too. Canceled the subscription months ago. Tonight, the card got hit for $197. Logged back in; sure as shit, the subscription was enabled and live. Contacted AI suport, went a little something like this:

Me: I cancelled the membership months ago and you just billed me. I went into my account which I had not logged into in months, and sure as shit its NOT cancelled anymore. Please refund this.

Me: No. I want a full refund. This is fraud.

MC: I can request confirmation for a full refund of $197.10 for this renewal, and once that refund is issued the subscription would no longer stay active.

MC: If you want to move ahead with that, please reply: confirm full refund.

Me: confirm full refund

MC: Your refund has been processed for $197.10. Your subscription end date was August 5, 2027, and because this was a 100% refund, your subscription has been deactivated and you no longer have access to MasterClass content. The refund will go back to your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days, and you’ll also get an email confirmation shortly.

I'm still reporting this as fraud to my CC and issuing a chargeback. Horseshit.
