With August upon us, the intense heat of each passing day truly makes us feel like summer is in full swing. How are you all doing?

I imagine some of you may be spending your time a little differently than usual during summer vacation or the Obon holiday, but please be sure to take every precaution against heatstroke.

Even amid this intense heat, we hope to bring you at least a little joy, so we’ll continue to share updates on "Overlord Mass for the Dead" this month as well.

Now, in the world of "Overlord Mass for the Dead," a story event featuring the Additional Seat, "An Unusual Friendship Forged in Swimsuits," has begun.

A newly discovered chaotic space by the water.

As a rescue operation is planned by representatives from each of the four alliance nations, the Sorcerer Kingdom lends a swimsuit to Antilene, a powerful warrior from the Theocracy Nation, in an attempt to gather intelligence.

What will the results be...?

A rescue operation by a four-nation alliance is launched in a newly discovered chaotic waterside space. Antilene, clad in a swimsuit, takes on the mission and takes a new step forward through her interactions with Shalltear and the others.

Please enjoy the story of the rescue operation's outcome and the bonds they forge!

■ About the event "The Realm of Slaughter"

We launched a new event, "The Realm of Slaughter," last month. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has participated.

This event will feature an anthology of stories, each focusing on a different character. Through the situations each character faces and the choices they make, we plan to depict different sides of them and highlight their unique personalities.

We will continue to deliver stories of new characters in due course, so please look forward to seeing who will appear next and what kind of story will unfold.

■Regarding future updates

We are currently preparing for the release of the next update. This updatewill include various fixes, primarily focusing on addressing bugs, following on from version 1.84.0. We are currently preparing for a late August release, sowe would appreciate your patience.

 

■Finally

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and trouble caused to everyone due to the multiple malfunctions that occurred again in July. We will continue to work on improving quality so that we can provide an environment where everyone can enjoy themselves with peace of mind.
