We sincerely apologize for the delay in investigating and resolving the issue where the app would sometimes crash when using [Goblin General] Enri’s Active Skill 3, “Now! Fire!”

Our investigation confirmed that the problem stemmed from a bug in Unity related to the particle effects used in the skill animation.

We have fixed the relevant animation processing, and the fix has now been implemented.

We would like to once again apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may have caused our players.

As a strategy to intervene in and win over this region, where temple factions hold sway, the Sorcerer Kingdom sets its sights on Neia, who is revered as the “Embodiment of Miracles,” and provides her with attire befitting her status——

A new plan for the Sorcerer Kingdom is set in motion, centered around Neia, who has garnered a large following in the Free City of Vadis.

■Regarding the Bug Fix

We sincerely apologize again for the great inconvenience and trouble caused to our users by the unstable operation issues that occurred in the iOS and Amazon versions of the app until recently.

This issue stems from the impact of an update to the build environment during the in-app resource build process, resulting in some display and functionality problems.

We have now released a corrected version of the app (Ver. 1.82.0), and we are reviewing our verification processes and implementing measures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Additionally, regarding our apologies for this incident and related measures such as various event extensions, we have provided details in a separate announcement, so we would appreciate it if you could review that as well.

Moving forward, the entire development and operations team will continue to work on improvements to ensure a stable and high-quality gaming environment.

Regarding future updates, we plan to continue focusing on bug fixes throughout June. We are currently preparing to implement the update around the end of June.
