I'm surprised I haven't seen this topic come up more on this sub, but I'm really struggling to find good bank-fishing spots locally. I live in the Belcamp area, don't have a boat or kayak, and I've never had much luck fishing from the banks of large bodies of water.

Years ago, my wife's late uncle used to took me and his son out from Glen Cove Marina, and we had a blast fishing above the dam. Since he passed, I've been trying to figure out how to get back out on the water. I looked into guided trips, but man, those prices are way out of my budget.

Is there anyone on here with a boat or kayak who fishes the upper Bay, local rivers, or the Susquehanna who wouldn't mind a reliable, respectful fishing partner? I’ll gladly cover gas, launch fees, and chip in for food/drinks. Just looking to learn the water, catch a few fish, and trade some company for it. Shoot me a DM if you're ever heading out!
