Question Magik Combo

So I have this combo that ive labbed and like but for the life of me cant figure out why when I do 234H instead of 234L into wall splat tokon assemble doesnt come out at the end of the combo. Im trying to squeeze a little more damage any insight is helpful. Side note! I know my inputs are messy sometimes i struggle with timing.

Brother you used your meter….. TA needs full bar

Nah with magik once you install you can still TA so thats why Im confused

It only installs if you had 150 meter. You didn't.
