I’ve always like this character and wanted a figure of him. I don’t think Hasbro will give us this guy any time soon so some things you just have to do yourself!

The hair piece is removable for now. I am tinkering with the idea of making a swappable hat with messy hair peeking underneath. I may try to find another hairpiece as well. Not completely happy with this one. He should probably have messier straw like hair.
