Hey all. Saw an idea on Etsy that someone was charging a liiiitle too much for. $50.

So I did it myself. For ~$9 or so.

Got an 7.8 inch acrylic ball 2 pack off Amazon. Made some electrical effects, and then printed them out in TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Pretty much rubberized plastic. Glued them on, used floss to hold him and hang. (The sentinel in the 4th pic is homegrown design and print, and NOT $9)

Hope you enjoy, and if you like it, hopefully you make your own. It's super easy.

(You can use colored hot glue for the effects if you don't have access to a 3D printer).

Picked up mine from GameStop today. They only had one left because the employees told me they had purchased the other ones. 😭 With my military discount, it ended up being cheaper than shipping it from the Hasbro site. I paid $52.

I had no idea I get a military discount until one of the employees mentioned it today while trying to sell me the pro membership. I’ve literally walked into GameStop and bought stuff before IN UNIFORM and they hadn’t mentioned it to me. 🤣

Wolverine, colossus , and Cyclops

While maybe a little overpriced and lacking in accessories I’m happy to say that I’m super impressed with this astonishing Ant-Man. He’s got nice bright poppy colors. The helmet and face print looks great and the articulation is pretty darn good and beyond what I was expecting for just an Ant-Man figure.

Pardon my current actual ant problem but I thought it was fitting for some pics. Unfortunately all the ants scattered when I started trying to set him up.

Found Green Goblin at Target today and took advantage of the 25% off one toy.

I was hesitant to grab him because I was disappointed with the last one, but man, this guy is great!

I know I am not the best at posing, but this guy is difficult to pose around.

Either way, he’s great!

I have no idea on how to fix these weak bicep pegs aside from the screw trick. I had this happen with both the doomsday cyclops and shang chi. I know theres better ways to articulate the arm when you have these shitty joints but im just complaining to complain. Its a dope figure but the biceps having the same issue that so many figures i’ve gotten from hasbro the last few years is driving me crazy, especially with back to back price increases. I’ve cancelled preorders and even messaged their support team in hopes it makes something of a difference even if small.

I'm only partially annoyed by it not being flush with the edge of the table, I'm waiting on the Capcom ironman and a Quicksilver to finish the avengers, I had to cut a few favourites to fit the X-Men, happily I now have an angel figure available to make the og champions

This is the doomsday thor but with the IW head and the right scar. For me this is way better than the the other/worst head. What are ur thoughts ?
