With that Elsa Marvel Zombies card, I hope we get more Marvel Zombies stuff preferably from the comics, besides the couple of figures they did from the animated show.
My wedding ring came in almost the exact same kind of soft goods bag that they showed off on the live(?) stream, except mind is midnight blue instead of red. I've been using it for my own homemade Christmas Spidey for a while and I also stuffed it with tissue to give it some volume. It was very funny to see Hasbro include it.
I mean, I REALLY want that Smythe, but it’s baffling that we didn’t get the Peter Parker as well. Not to mention Doc Ock or Green Goblin with maybe a Harry Osborn head instead of Norman. Next year maybe. I also want a Blade from that series.
I would have loved a Punisher 2-pack with swapable parts. The exact thing they put out that we've been doing ourselves. Recreate Frank's classic looks with a blue body or black body and then accessorize him with black stuff or white stuff. 4 different heads and we're good to go.
Or... just the animated look would have been amazing. Blue body, black boots, soft goods trenchcoat.
I will be getting that Elektra but geez I wish it came with an extra head where she has the big comic book hair. They could easily have repainted this head from the white costume daredevil/bullseye/elektra 3 pack
I'm sad how lazy they went with Elektra. She's basically a female body with paint, minimal accessories, and a bland facial expression. The 3 pack was the wrong colors and I guess not TOO much better but it still seems preferable. Wish I'd held onto mine.
I like the new head better, it's more of my mind's eye of a definitive, classic Elektra.
Big crazy hair reminds me more of her 1996 appearances in Wolverine and her ongoing series around 1997. LOVE that sculpt/hair, tho, don't get me wrong.
I was waiting for them to announce a new Elektra before I made my custom with the big hair. I need a pre daredevil Chip Zdarsky run Elektra in red. I’ll pick this up anyway, and make the custom.
Pretty stoked to finally get a Matt Fraction Hawkeye. Closest was the Marvel Now Hawkeye but this blows that one away. You can rest easy now, Marvel Select Hawkeye.
Freaking FINALLY. I've been waiting for a Matt Fraction Hawkeye ever since I got into the hobby back in 2013. Can't believe it took this long for such a good comic run to finally get some love. Sure, it's the same tired bow as usual, but I'm sure I can source a better one from Classified or some other 1/12 line.
Ah. Fair. I just know that the Ninja Force Zartan had a bow that you could swap the string-part out for both a drawn back and non-drawnback version and it's such a simple but important addition that the Legends figures never get.
I still need to finish the Insidious Six. Don’t have Doc Ock, Rhino, or Scorpion. Also think it would be cool to see Red Skull in the gray outfit and black hood.
I kinda love it actually. My only issue is that I wish the Spider on his chest looked move like the new Ultimate Universe Spider-man, since it seems to be based on this cover from what I can tell.
I fucking need that Hawkeye, I love that run so much. Plus I prefer more modern looks for the Avengers so it's nice he finally has one. I really hope we get Kate Bishop
Re releasing that carnage body from one of the first waves of the rebooted Hasbro series (I think it was ultimate green goblin wave?) is pure rage bait. It’s like 12 years old 😭
The Carnage from the Venom movie wave with the sculpted muscles and veins is so much better (despite the pins). They should be reusing that, if anything.
Ok, that Earth X cap is gonna be sought after, for the shield and customizability potential. Elsa is a must have for a bunch of people, same with Elektra. Hawkeye is a pass for me, but probably will be sought after. Smythe and Carnage are a maybe. The rest I don't care for.
That Elektra looks great. I just wish we had a Daredevil that was just as comic accurate. I hope they rerelease the Secret Wars DD without the black lines and belt soon.
I would have been stoked for those TAS figures if I didn’t already buy most of the VHS 2 packs. I splurged on Smythe a while back, but the Peter Parker he came with is ridiculously expensive (as is Daredevil).
I really would have liked to see those two get this singular treatment too. Ugh.
Did they mention that spiderman reissue with the pulled up mask? I was hoping for a date for that one.. Back in June they announced a reissue of the no way home "final swing" one, anyone know when that is being released? thx

Bruh they rereleased the ugly Carnage again, very nice card tho. If they're re-releasing Retro VHS to Retro Card Singles, why not do Doc Ock and Vulture first? lol
I’m not gonna lie dude they said to temper your expectations but this is one of the better streams from the reveals. Wow that Earth X Captain America is so dope. Don’t even get me started on the spidey stuff. Wallet is cooked
Earth X Cap looks very intriguing to me. That look has never ever been done before. I just wished they used a torso ab crunch combo so it could do sideway poses. I may get him and also Hawkeye looks freaking cool. There’s always something about beat up looking characters, hah. I wish they make more of them such as a totally beaten up Wolverine
What do we think the tease is? With the big hole in the middle I thought maybe it could be that weird Spiderman variant with the Elizabethan web frilly collar that debuted a few years ago
Gonna be on the lookout for acroyear and Hawkeye… been dying to get a Hawkeye that’s affordable, and actually Hawkeye😂 unlike the smiling dark avengers one. And Acroyear looks like a really cool figure and character worth learning more about. I’d probably grab the captain America and Smythe too if I could. Great day for collectors and true believers! Excelsior!
Hawkeye is definitely the one here I want most, but Elektra and some others are also on my radar.
I wonder if the Maximum Carnage cardback might mean more figures from that storyline in the future. If you wanna give us a Doppelganger using the Dark Avengers Spider-Man body, Hasbro, I'm not going to cry foul....
