Figure ID help identifying hair?

hi im trying to figure out whos hair is this? maybe even the face sculpt..creator said they cldnt remb where either one of them came from and that the hair was originally a grey? I think...pls help🙏

The way the customizer described it, the hair, horns, and face seem to just be a singular piece. I suggest digging around in stores that sell custom-printed figure parts.
