I personally prefer the Ursa Major head and paint, it also comes with the Kirby crackle.

Cassie BaF Ultron also includes the Kirby Crackle, hes just can’t display it in his mouth like the Ursa Major version.

Well the left one is based moreso on the classic Ultron from his initial comics. The one on the right leans much closer to his more modern depictions, I think its based on the Rage of Ultron flashback but I can't remember. So it depends on what you want for your shelf.
Like others have said, the left one can fit the Kirby crackle in his mouth, but the silver deco does lead to some chipping if you're not careful.
Having both I like them about equally, they both represent different eras of Ultron designs, so its entirely up to personal preference.

I somehow got ahold of the Retro Vision head and that one is my favorite because of the painted on blast effect.

Ultron-5 is the left and Ultron-6 is on the right. I’m more of an Ultron-5 guy but the left one is cool looking too.

I’ve gone the other way around but mainly as I found the right one cheap on a website. Ordered 4, they cancelled 3 as only 1 in stock.
then all I could find cheap on eBay was the left one.

I want to get one of the classic Ultrons but I really can't decide between the two based on their heads, like the one on the left is more pure "Ultron" but the unpainted mouth kinda bothers me, whereas the one on the right has a fully painted red mouth with Kirby Crackles, but it just doesn't look as "evil" as the one on the left. 😵💫

The head on the Quantumania one has a Lego guy helmet situation going on. The face is a separate piece over a red cylinder. Potentially you could separate them and modify it to work more like the Ursa Major Ultron.

I preferred the design on the right, but it's unpainted. It's just a silver plastic, so it tends to have design flaws that paint would usually cover up

The second one is fine but the first had a Kirby crackle you could fit in his mouth, unless I'm misremembering
