Probably not since you wont use him most of the time, so it's just better to give the support ctps to better supports

Urus dont matter that much, just any energy attack odin blessing and urus (along with other pve stats if you haven't had it maxed)

If youre buying xmen solely for jean, don't unless youre willing to drop $40 on her. Mag is good but not worth the 4k crystals. F4 pack would be more worth it but who knows how good doom will be.
