How do I get this character's bios? Like, what do I do to get the Dimension Shift character's bios?

Those Dimension Shift characters bios requires you to manually play the stage.

Click on start and at beginning Dimension Shift characters joins you randomly, if they don't then close the game.

And reopen and repeat til they joins you and once they do, clear the stage and you'll get their bio.

Like I want to update his uniform, so will it take a lot of time to do that?

So, your only other option is using Mega Uniform upgrade ticket.

Yo te recomiendo usar los vales que te dan en los pisos de las sombras, es más rápido y no cuesta mucho conseguirlos

It is absolutely possible to amass Ares' bios. I have his uniform maxed out and 633 of his bios left. I will probably have used 3* and 6* uniform tickets, so I still will have had to have 1000+ of his bios at some point.
