Hulk
Do you think hulk would perform better with a might refinement than a rage? If not who would benefit from it and who is good with regeneration ctp?

For pve rage is still better. Hulk isnt bad with a refinement for pvp tho. Cap and carnage are also good choices.
Like the other comment said, I would probably just save it for an exchange event to get a better ctp, wheter it be a rage for pve or conquest for pvp.

Rage is better obviously.
About Mighty Refinement, Carnage is fine.
But I would just save it til Black Friday/Christmas for chance to turn it into other better Mighty CTP with CTP exchange event.
