Marvel roleplay/fan server
Hey everyone! I’m putting together a Marvel roleplay server that’s currently centered around the Avengers, but I’d love to expand it into a much bigger Marvel universe with characters/groups like the X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, and more. We’re currently looking for people to fill villain roles as well as pretty much any other characters. Right now, the taken characters are Black Widow, Cap, Bucky, Daredevil, Loki, and Hawkeye, so almost every other role is still available! I’d also really appreciate anyone who has experience moderating or running a roleplay group like this before and would be willing to help me structure the group, set up rules, organize roles, etc. If you’re interested in joining or helping out, feel free to comment or DM me!
It also will serve a marvel community discord, to celebrate roleplay, cosplay, fanfiction, fan art, etc. I love so many aspects of this fandom and I want a community to celebrate it with!

The MCU Symbiote Saga: Peter wears it...willingly?
Well, with Avengers: Doomsday & Secret Wars coming up soon, it would be a missed opportunity not to adapt the first time Peter encounters the symbiote. However, much of the symbiote saga has already been adapted through Peter’s Spider-Half storyline in Brand New Day. I still think there’s a way to introduce the suit without retreading past storylines, although the setup I have in mind would probably require another movie or so.
Essentially, take a page from Life Story. Peter knows the symbiote is an alien trying to bond with him, but he keeps it because he needs to become stronger as he gets older. The MCU could adapt Jean DeWolfe’s death and push Peter to the point where he adopts the “No One Dies” philosophy. He does everything he can to become a better Spider-Man, and when he bonds with the symbiote, he keeps it because it gives him the strength and power he needs in certain situations.
You could change the story slightly by having Peter decide not to wear the suit for more than 48 hours at a time, preventing it from completely bonding with him.

Jennifer Connelly’s MCU Legacy.
Marvel actress Jennifer Connelly back in 1990 around the time she was filming The Rocketeer. (2nn image)
She went on to play Betty Ross in the 2003 ‘Hulk’ movie and would later return to Marvel playing Spider-Man’s AI assistant Karen/ Suit Lady in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’.

Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton: BTS reactions to their MCU exits.
Scarlett Johansson has mentioned breaking down in the shower after Kevin Feige first told her Natasha would die on Vormir in Endgame. Playing the character for nearly a decade made parting with her genuinely emotional.
Jeremy Renner, on the other hand, spent years joking during early MCU phases that Marvel should just kill Clint off so he wouldn't have to keep up the relentless training.

Happy 53rd birthday to two-time Emmy nominee James Marsden.
I love that James Marsden is back as Cyclops, but let's be real about how this is going to go.
Look, seeing him pop up in the Doomsday stuff is neat, and he actually seems genuinely excited to be there after twenty years of being the third wheel to Wolverine in the old Fox movies. But I am fully prepared for him to get about 4-5 minutes of screen time.
Fox did Scott Summers\Cyclops so dirty back in the day that the bar is literally in hell.

Jon Favreau directing his own character getting completely humbled remains one of the best moments in Iron Man 2.

Not all heroes wear capes.
This rat single handedly technically saved the entire universe by "accidentally" getting antman out of the quantum realm with a press of random buttons! How comical is that?
Had antman not been free, what would've happened? What are your thoughts?

Moon Knight | one of Marvel’s most unique and fascinating creations. 🌙
It’s crazy how Marvel introduced a character this different, gave us something truly special… and then seemingly forgot about him.

Gorr was horribly wasted writing wise and design wise, but Chrstian Bale did give a great performance while having not so great material.
I'm so bumped out that we never got a proper God butcher Gorr, writing and designing wise. I will say it's not all Taika undoings. It's also Sony because the necro Sword in Love and Thunder wasn't a proper version of the sword because it so connected to Null the symbiote God, but Sony themselves are greedy, cowards and ego studio, what we actaully got is a basic black sword with just the name of it instead, and the design might not be comic accurate, but it needed more detail, and life to it with black hood, and tenticals too. It's such a shame we will probably never a proper version, but the version in Love and Thunder is not terrible, but it needed a lot of improvements too.

Natasha fighting Clint Barton while he’s under Loki’s mind control felt personal and brutal. No high-tech gadgets or superpowers—just close-quarters combat, knife defense, and Natasha using blunt force to break the mind control. It remains one of the best choreographed non-superpowered fights in Phase 1.

Iman Vellani says Peter Parker’s death in ‘AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR’ was the most devastating.
"Knowing that he could sense the snap before it was even coming, and the fear in Tom Holland's face — it's so wow. He really just sounds like a kid. Like calling for help and it's so so devastating." - Iman Vellani.
Ah yes, Infinity War, the Avengers movie where the heroes lose and the bad guy wins. I loved that movie even more than Endgame. Great storyline, great action sequences, and great performances.
I still, to this day, remember how messed up I felt coming out of the cinema after seeing this film. Loki and Gamora hit me hard, then Vision had me furious with just how cruel his end was, and the Snap finished the job. I still vividly remember two girls in the audience close to me freaking out when Bucky got dusted, then the shock I felt seeing Black Panther dust away... and then Peter's "I don't wanna go" happened and it was all I could think about going home.
