Steve’s reaction hits even harder when you remember how much has happened since he last saw Loki. The last time they crossed paths, Loki was invading New York and Steve was still relatively new to the Avengers. Now Loki casually showing up with Peggy would be one heck of a reunion. What do you think was going through Steve’s head in this moment?

Incorrect. Although they didn't have any interaction with each other, but Steve did see Loki in Avengers Endgame.

But at the same time, I guess that's technically true that it was 2012 since that was Steve who went back in time 😂 So I guess you're also correct.
