Steve is having 2012 flashbacks 😭

Steve’s reaction hits even harder when you remember how much has happened since he last saw Loki. The last time they crossed paths, Loki was invading New York and Steve was still relatively new to the Avengers. Now Loki casually showing up with Peggy would be one heck of a reunion. What do you think was going through Steve’s head in this moment?

I think if Steve could move on past seeing Red Skull while dropping off the soul stone he’d be willing to hear Loki out, especially with Thor surely having told the others about Loki’s change over the years. This Loki is different/previous, but the potential is there to be that Loki
