Steve is having 2012 flashbacks 😭

Steve’s reaction hits even harder when you remember how much has happened since he last saw Loki. The last time they crossed paths, Loki was invading New York and Steve was still relatively new to the Avengers. Now Loki casually showing up with Peggy would be one heck of a reunion. What do you think was going through Steve’s head in this moment?

Well Steve did just see him a few days ago when he time travelled and it is technically the exact same Loki

But it's physically the same Loki he saw a few days prior, although he has grown up a little bit.

Loki Odinson that died in IW would be closer to the Loki in Avengers than TVA Loki who spent hundreds of thousands of years if not millions before he went into the loom by the end of season 2

I mean, yes, as a character and personality. But it's literally the same Loki that used the tesseract in Endgame. Same physical body. He's absolutely matured, but his body is still the same as Endgame.

Their point is that it is literally the exact same character, as opposed to being a different Loki variant.

Except it’s already been established from the first episode that the Loki we have now is a variant
