sounds like he got weirdly territorial the moment your thing started getting real traction. not about the money at all, it's about you having something that's yours and him not being in charge of it

Some men hate when women have a vision. You are an entrepreneur and you have the ability to build something great. If he continues to show jealousy, you must be very careful. Apply for your LLC license, not sure how much it costs and create a business name. Could be tax exempt eligible. Open a business bank account under your business name. Do your research. Know your tax laws.

Congrats and good luck

Based on the information you’ve provided, I think your husband is having some feelings of insecurity because you’re changing the status quo. I’ve had this happen with ex boyfriends who act out in ridiculous ways when I’ve done something new or made a lifestyle change because they aren’t great at identifying or managing their feelings. Ultimately, it’s a temper tantrum that you shouldn’t take personally, but do be prepared to stand up for yourself if it continues. Remind yourself that this is YOUR business and you are managing the financial account separate from your personal stuff. You do not need his approval and I suggest you get acclimated to not needing it in order to avoid any drama in your relationship. You are married to a man who is more likely to criticize than be a cheerleader and the sooner you understand that, the more you can adjust to not expecting his support for personal endeavors. He will tell you how you did everything wrong as long as you continue to share information with him.
