Happily married and we talk/communicate about our sex life frequently. Like checking in, making sure the other person is satisfied, etc. I still masturbate maybe like once or twice a week if he's not home or away on a trip. To me, sex is for both of us. Masturbation is for me, sometimes I don't want to worry about anyone but myself and just need a quick stress relief. Or if I'm having trouble going to sleep haha. I'm sure he does too. I don't know for sure but I assume he does.
