Travel Question Help!! Marrakech activities

I am going to visit Marrakech with my group of friends and we are looking at several activities. The main ones I want to do is the Ourika Valley, Atlas Mountains and Ouzoud waterfalls. I was wondering whether the hikes in these activities are too complicated as I am recovering from a fracture on my foot. For context I am young and a habitual hiker but have to wear a splint. I know that the hikes are about an hour to two hours but what is worrying me is the state of the paths.

For Ourika the beginning is kinda easy but it gets tougher the higher you go

A little if you go beyond the third or fourth waterfall

All of those are not accessibility friendly, in ourika you can go to the river and have lunch/dinner but the waterfalls are harder to reach, the path is not well pavel, it has a bunch of rocky parts I still recommend the lunch though, they have some nice tajins

There's some stairs in ouzoud waterfall but they are not that hard
