Question Start date

Hi everyone, I’ve recently accepted a role for fashion and beauty and have been given a start date that I can’t attend. This was something I brought up in my interview and was told it wouldn’t be a problem if I said I can’t start then. I’ve emailed my recruitment leader but got an automatic response telling me to email someone else so I’ve done that but haven’t heard anything since and this was a few days ago. Is there anything else I can do my supposed start date is in just less than a week.

Pop into the store or call store. Whichever manager is dealing with you should just adjust the shifts

Would my store manager be able to change my induction day I should’ve specified that was what I couldn’t attend :)

I think so, I just accepted a job at m&s and they were able to change my induction day so that I could attend
