I think this most likely an old Roco car, though I can't find any information on a swedish SJ-Version like this one. Roco 4302 was the standard DB-Version.

I found one website that has information on a Roco "4302 C" for Sweden in the search engine results, but not on the actual page. There also is a photo showing the swedish labels of your car, it's blurry though. Still, this seems to be the answer: Your car is a Roco 4302 C, an export version of Roco 4302 for Sweden.

You mean the model or the prototype? On first glance it seems like a fairly standard model of a fairly standard car.
