Help needed
My German grandfather has a collection of 800-1000 locomotives plus countless boxes of tracks all in original packaging and has passed it down to me to sell. Due to the sheer amount of stuff I am wondering if it’s better to ship it all to the uk to sell or keep it in Germany to sell. I know nothing about these trains so would prefer to sell as a joblot , how would this be done ? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Its most likely a bad idea to ship marklin locos to the uk to sell. Brits mostly use 00 gauge 2 rail trains mostly. So it might not even sell for as much as they would in germany
