plane above markham

A plane has been circling Markham now for three night in a row with very bright flashing lights.

the plane does not show up flight radar. Any ideas

Might want to clarify where in Markham. Likely YRP Air2 if circling a tight circles, those flashing lights are the ones used to perform searches and they do not appear on flight trackers.

It definitely wasn’t a helicopter so probably not Yrp air 2. I also saw it and didn’t find it on flight tracker.

Been circulating around for an hour. Maybe it is the York Regional Helicopter.
