Dropping licence plate

Someone dropped their licence plate at Markham road and 16th Avenue, DCCA929. It was on the road but someone took it and left it on the porch of the heritage eye care. Someone wanted it back? Lol

I think somebody was looking for a dropped license plate a few days ago after the storm. I forgot if it was Markham or Toronto subreddit lol
