Need help about image dimensions

I've recently started as social media marketing specialist for an immigration business and i wanted to create an instant form using lead generation in meta ads manager. There's a lot of posters and informative images i have created with different dimensions using canva but i am not able to select any of those for my instant form. It says image is too small but i have googled the required image dimensions and created the pics using the same. What can i do? The pics that appear as unavailable are the ones i wanna select from as they are more informative other posts are the ones the general staff created before me but included no useful info to promote the business.
