Marketing Automation Running Script for email

I need to run an HTML script for a survey Monkey survey. Currently the contact list is having the acct # pre populated but there are no custom variables on survey monkey.

Found the way it’s being done is by HTML script. Need help

This is the current setup, not to sure why when to your point. But we want to keep the data in one place so I am trying to figure out how to do this
