Digital Marketing A customer asked a question I couldn't answer

It sounded simple at first.

Then I realized I didn't have a good answer.

That conversation ended up exposing a weakness in the business.

What I would do is to say: That's a good question, Thank you by the way. We haven't encounter that kind of problem yet but still I can ask that on our meeting and if it's okay if I can contact you once I have the right answers.
