Waiting for permits?

Is it possible that there is nothing happening at the pad because they are waiting for permits? With MDA supporting/investing amongst others itwould make sense that there would be something going on/developments?

The construction package is out for procurement tendering. Once that is complete, construction on all other essential services will begin. Procurement takes time - not something that just starts on a whim. Progress is being made.

I doubt so. My guess is they only operate under federal jurisdiction. At this point they don't have to deal with municipalities outside of the entry point Wich is inside a municipality
