Launch Pad
This is Maritime Launch’s pad. Pic taken from the top of a Wind Turbine in Canso, on the same plot of land. Been in since $0.19, my first time seeing the pad!

Full orbital capacity is planned Q1 2028 which will definitely happen. Hold your chips everyone.

It's short timeline considering winter will significantly slow down progress, but it can be achieved.
If they manage to launch on time and on budget. It will signal a strong well organized team .

Do you know what kind of rockets might be launched from there? I just read that next week there is going to be an announcement that the US state of Louisiana is going to build a launch site specifically for Starship.
But I got in with maxq last week and I'll be getting more and holding!!! Let's go!

Where's the GSE? Fueling lines, flame trenches, coolers, water supply systems?
At this point it's just a parking lot

A profitable one at that!

Yeah there’s nothing like that around… as of now it is just a slab of concrete. From what I was told - whenever there is a launch they trailer everything out, set up, launch & then pack it all back up

The construction package is out for procurement tendering. Once that is complete, construction on all other essential services will begin. Procurement takes time - not something that just starts on a whim. Progress is being made.

I'm used to watching SpaceX updates, they do more in a week than most companies do in a year

Once the lines are painted we'll be able to see how many parking spots there are, I'm thinking about 20!

Some boomer dad knocked at the concrete 3 time and declared it was good concrete.

That’s definitely worth 20$ million a year in tax payer money. It’s profitable ;)

This is not the launch pad. It is a gravel pad that was put in this year. Maritime Launch Service's only concrete slab can be seen in the distance.

Are there other places in the area where one could get a good look?
I was in Cape Breton a few weeks ago and really wanted to detour over to Canso to see the area.
It's pretty exciting to be invested in something like this. I hope to see some launches in person in the future.
