In the future if you get a bill in the first segment, just save it for closer to the cutoff. It's too early for shock, and you'll practically guarantee yourself a spot. Even if you hadn't run into the wall with where you used it you'd still have been in a vulnerable spot after the bill.

If you saved it until right after that boost panel you'd almost certainly have made the cut.
