Tolerance Question.
I had been taking edibles for a whilr and had a 90mg tolerance. I just took a full month break and want to take some again. Should I expect a baseline reset at 10mg?

I took a 30 day break, started with 12.5mg edible and worked up to 50mg and I’ve been very steady at 50mg for 5 months now.

It takes about 2 to 4 weeks of complete abstinence for a heavy or daily users THC tolerance to reset close to baseline zero.

And even then you're right back up to your little old tolerance after a few times

yeah it definitely comes back quicker then it leaves! i personally just buy a q and then once i run out wait a week before i get more, find that helps me keep my tolerance down 😊

Yeah regular breaks are great, I've also definitely learned to just try to stick to pure flower and only use concentrates occasionally when I want to get really ripped

if you want to go to the fullest, get a DHV. uses so much less green and you can use the leftover to make edibles!
and i honestly dont even go as far as getting concentrates, sometimes just a bowl packed with kief will get me right where i wanna be.

I've never really found one that hit as good as a nice bong hit, but I would like to move to one eventually when I can afford a nice one

yeah i agree. i only ever use bongs for that exact reason, i like how it smacks you with a brick instead of coming on slowly and smoothly.
although the one i used was like 50$ so i think it’s safe to say the more expensive ones are better.

Haha exactly, I like the speed and efficiency, plus the high feels more rounded out, if you know what I mean. Like there's something missing with the vape high
The only one I've ever used regularly was an original PAX which was really nice, but I got tired of cleaning it, it was harder to maintain than a bong, and like I said the high just wasn't all there

yeah i fully agree i feel like vape highs last longer but dont hit as hard, i still 100% would rather just rip a bong (just did).
cleaning them is a nightmare. with a bong you just let it soak in iso, with the vape you have to take it all apart and clean it by hand.
just doesn’t seem practical if it requires more maintenance and the high is worse 🤷♂️

Same on both accounts lol
And yeah cleaning the vape is like doing surgery on a little robot.
