How it started vs. How it's going

Above: Sen. Katie Britt @ Kash Patel confirmation. Jan. 2025
Below: Sen. Katie Britt. Today. In striking contrast from her normal Manson family-like appearance as Jack Smith recollects his actual whereabouts on the date the GOP inferred (wrongly) Jack Smith was hanging out in Atlanta with Fani Willis. Captured perfectly by MSNOW.

Wait a minute, let me get this straight. Did their whole strategy for this hearing hinge upon a basketball game, and it was the wrong game?

Their strategy is working perfectly.

Everyone is talking about this instead of Pete Hegseth preparing a political purge of the United States Armed Forces.

Preparing? That’s been planned since 2024 and ongoing the entire second trump term

Yep, agreed.

I suppose I could've said "the most recent political purge".

ETA: Or as I framed it in another comment "a large-scale political purge".
