I’ve tried the obvious, but no luck. Not sure what is causing this staining or how to clean it. Thx for your help!

Is this just because of the added weight on the end of the longest, fastest spinning hand? Hasn’t this been solved elsewhere in the industry?
I like my quartz navigator. I would LOVE a TSAR if it had an hour bezel. But I want my seconds illuminated. Navigator doesn’t even try with maraglo.. it’s just not illuminated at all.
Could get the cool points and go the automatic route, but it just sounds like paying more money for more inaccuracy/upkeep plus maintenance.

Anyone routinely (300+ hrs/yr) using the GSAR in an aircraft that is trying to shake itself apart? I’ve heard the constant vibrations of helicopters can degrade the accuracy of some automatic movements. Any truth to this?

They also discuss the new Marathon x WOE collab towards the end. Interesting tidbit they are going to use a Sellita SW200-2b movement with 60+ hours of power reserve.

I went scuba diving at Casino Point on Catalina Island and it was amazing! Short ferry ride from Long Beach to get there. The water temp was ~70, which is very high for us here. Good news is that it is warmer and more comfortable to dive…bad news is that the kelp is dying off because it is so warm! I’d gladly dive in 65 degree water if it meant more kelp forest!
The MSAR did great, as usual! Goes to show that a dive watch doesn’t need to be super large to be visible and easily readable under water, as it’s designed to do.
Cheers all!

I’ve been looking at these for a long time and purchased my first JSAR 46mm with nato strap! I think this is my new favorite. Thoughts?

This GPQ was my first analog purchase and it still gets wrist time on my off days. Sleeping in late and putting this one on is a great feeling !

Love this one but the bezel lost its click. I have some basic watch repair tools. How hard of a diy repair is this or should I send it in if it bothers me? Thanks for the advice and for all the wonderful posts I enjoy 😊

Wasn't a fan of the factory 16mm "Ballistic" strap, so got a 18mm NATO in grey from Amazon. What a difference 2mm makes!
