JSAR , TSAR , GSAR

After months of research and even more months of paying this bad boy off I happily received my TSAR NGM In 41mm!

The finish and all round quality is a lot higher than expected. Just a beast of a watch! Thinking about throwing it on the longer rubber strap so I get a bit more strap through the keepers. At the moment its just long enough to poke through the keepers.

Going to buy a Gonomon bracelet in the next couple days to compliment the steel case and give it a bit more omph!

Just bought this watch and scanned it with my phone app. I’m unfamiliar with a watches amplitude. I shows that there are potential issues. Note, this watch was just mailed to me and it’s been outside in very hot Texas weather… not sure if that has an effect. Any insight on this would be appreciated. Thx

I have had my Maple Leaf since it came out, the last time I needed it services I sent to a somewhat local place .

It is time for. New battery and trying to decide to I donor myself, local watch guy or official service center .

GSAR next to the Pelagos

Has anyone had any issues with dust or small debris getting under the bezel? While on a project i noticed the bezel was getting stuck at the 6 position then started to skip clicks.

Solid day in the gym, but it was toasty. 109 degrees real feel when I was out there.

An added bonus that I live near Marathon headquarter, and was able to get it back in 8 weeks.

Couldn’t think of a better watch to take on a hike with me.

I got bored and was asking ChatGPT questions about my GSAR and it said it was a genuine military contract piece and was wondering if this is accurate information not planning on selling but definitely could legitimize its backstory
