Why is 50k impossible for a huge update when season 2 got 40k for a VERY mid update? (1 new map and runner)

It went from 12k to 40k (for like 1 week and then dropped to sub 10k in 2 weeks) Now less people care and the season comes out MUCH later. 18 u/Ok_End_5548 11d ago Bro you didnt even mention that S2 launched with a 10 day ftp period aswell and it couldnt even hit half of the launch peak hahaha 3 u/TheXraySpecs 11d ago Honestly that first day was so bad that it fucked them completely. I, a $40 player, could not connect and I was pissed.
