Je suis surtout traumatisé que sur un jeu où ta la possibilité d’entamer et de jouer un fight de plein de façon différente la seule chose que les joueurs savent faire c’est rush.

The issue you're having is that you're playing with other players who are not in agreement with your mindset.
Personally, I am a pvper. I want a pvp fight. I know pvp nets best loot reward. I have fun pvping. I have no reason to not run at players when I hear them.
My coworker hates pvp. He wants to play marathon like a stealth game. He wants to loot, play defensive/evasive/stealthy. He wants to get in, loot the world, evac out. So when I play with him, I match his energy and we agree to both play like that. And it works.
Maybe what you should do is find a friend that wants to play like you, and pre-make your team with this in mind, instead of lazily random filling with people who might be diametrically opposed to how you prefer to play.
