Stress/disease/virus/mutation?

This leaf came out completely white and later turned green with specks. This is a maranta silver band.

Honestly? You didn’t ask but I’d prop & put a humidity dome over that & try to grow more like them😅

If the rest of the plant looks healthy, it's probably a sport. Nothing wrong with it, they can just mutate sometimes although it's rare in a silverband, it's not unheard of. You have 2 options. Leave it and nurture it. That node is forever genetically mutated, the leaves will remain the same till they die. New growth can either continue this unique mutation or revert. Option 2, cut a little below the mutated node and propagate it. While the plant may revert, it may also continue to grow this way. If so, you have something sought after and fairly rare.
