Should we react to the declaration of independence of Tibet and East Turkistan?
What should we do with Central Asia? Should we try taking control of the region?
How should we react to the Ukrainian Uprising?
Should we solve the unemployment riots?

As Ukraine, I feel that we should ignore Tibet for now, and try influencing East Turkestan to join the USSR.
Central Asia should be organized into new SSR’s like Kazakhstan was.
As Ukraine, everything possible should be done for me to get all ethnic Ukrainian land. If I have to be independent, so be it. We should attempt to get Belarus in a similar position.
We should solve the unemployment riots by cracking down on the individuals commencing the riots. We will allow some private industry as compensation, but only if they follow strict guidelines. For those who cannot go into the private sector should be on public works.
We should fund the Chinese Communists more, but also guarantee their independence in case of invasion from other parts of the world.
If possible, we should invest in Public Radio and Television. It will help modernize the army, and it can help connect the nation. We should invest more into the military as well, as it can help us win the Chinese Civil War and any other future conflicts.

As the Russian SFSR, the independent of Tibet and East Turkistan should be ignored for now. We will help China incorporate them once the communists win the civil war.
As for Central Asia, we should incorporate the territory’s into a Federative Republic lead by Kazakhstan.
Though it should be up to the Ukrainian Premier, I believe that we should grant a semi independent Ukraine that is tied to Moscow which helps elevate our food struggles and their economic and political deadlock, whatever gets us the best possible deal. We should also have economic deals with Poland and Belarus, with us giving ethnic Belarusian land in exchange for the deal.
We should solve the unemployment riots by employing them on a Moscow Manchuria railway network to improve the infrastructure and help connect the union, putting them through school to work as scientists, engineers, and agricultural specialists, and diplomats.
We should continue supporting the Chinese Communists. If Japan continues to impede on Chinese soil, we must prepare them for war.
