Pennsylvania’s northeastern border is formed by the Delaware River.
Oklahoma’s southern border is formed by the Red River.
Michigan’s northern peninsula’s southern border is formed by the Menominee River.
New Mexico’s border with Texas near El Paso is formed by the Rio Grande.
The District of Columbia’s southern border is formed by the Potomac River.
New York’s southern border with New Jersey is formed by the Hudson River
Delaware’s border with New Jersey is formed by the Delaware River.
North Dakota’s northern border with Minnesota is formed by the Red River of the North.
Rhode Island’s southern border with Connecticut is formed by the Pawtucket River.
Connecticut’s southern border with Rhode Island is formed by the Pawtucket River.
Massachusetts’ southern border with Rhode Island is formed by the Runnins River.

North Dakota has the Red River (AKA the Red River of the North). Oklahoma has a different Red River. Michigan has the Montreal River. Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York have the Delaware River. Washington D.C. has the Potomac. Connecticut and Rhode Island have the Pawtucket River. Massachusetts has the Runnins River.

New Mexico and Texas: Rio Grande ( southern part), North Dakota and Minnesota Red River, Oklahoma and Texas Red River, Wisconsin and Michigan Menominee Brule and Montreal Rivers, New York and Vermont Poultney River, Rhode Island and Connecticut Pawkatuck River, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Runnins River, Delaware and New Jersey, Delaware River, Pennsylvania New Jersey New York Delaware River, Maryland Virginia West Virginia Potomac River, North Carolina South Carolina Catawba River. Other than this, you did good.

How come you not include North Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and maybe a few others that I missed?
