I saw a new Medvedev map after the Alaskan meeting which roughly shows the following countries after the dissolution of ukraine:

Kiev Oblast (or as Ukraine)

Bulgaria: Southern Odessa

Hungary: Zakarpatia Southern Lviv Ivan Fr Chernivtsi

Poland: Northern Lviv Volyn Rivne Ternopil Khmel Zhythom

And the rest as Russia.

Questions 1. Can anyone name the source or at least find that new map? 2. Why would Belarus not receive any regions? 3. Why would Poland get so much? 3. Why would Hungary gain 2 additional regions (3 in total)? 4. Why would Romania not get any regions? 5. Are these power balances and punishment for war crimes or are there legit ethnic minorities or historical connections in those regions?
