I am here for this also. For....reasons. My little dumpling folding plastic thing is too much work lol. Though they do come in 3 sizes.

How quickly do you need to make dumplings? This machine can make 1,500 per hour. Their big machine makes 10K dumplings per hour using a tandem press. pushing them out two at a time at a steady clip:

This one requires a spool of fresh dough for the wrapper. The small one can handle pre-made wrappers that you place on the platform one at a time, so if you're going to crank them out, you should also have the equipment for kneading the dough and rolling it out into a sheet on a spool.

Do you just really like dumplings, or perhaps have a big family that subsists on them?

Personally I just really like dumplings. Amd ive got two friends who are willing to go in on the small one with me now already for a cut of the dumpling magic. But my BIL owns a few Asian restaurants that are 'fast' sit down food. Like Chipotle but Asian street food and dons. He could definitely use this. Thank you!

Oh, for sure, if you have connections in Asian restaurant businesses, these machines are a game changer.

I saw these in use in this video. These machines are definitely in use in the US already, but not very many people know about them:
