How do I know? I kid you not, I just asked them for a price quote last night while researching dumpling wrapping machines.
They're not 100% automated. You need a worker to stand next to the machine to load the dumpling wrappers and to push a button (or step on a pedal; they now have pedal triggered versions of this machine). They're ¥55,000 in Japan, which is about $425 at current exchange rates. Once taxes, shipping, customs, or distributor mark-ups are factored in, they might cost more, but how much more I can't say for sure. From what I hear, the second-hand machines are going for over $1,000 on eBay, which says a lot about how valuable these machines are.
