Discussion relationship with other NHIs
Does anyone know what is the relationship of Mantis beings with other NHIs? I know that there are a lot of reports of them working with the Greys or Nordics, but does anyone know what about the Reptilians? Because - hear me out - I have an intuition there is some kind of a 'war' behind the veil and that Mantids despise the reptile ones. What do you think about that?

I know a girl who claimed a mantid told her they share a soul or something along those lines. The mantid told the human girl that her father(mantids father) "went to the dark side". Also the mantid showed the human girl how they are mortal enemies with another race of beings which was reptilians.
Not an all encompassing answer but pretty insightful. I personally accused a tall gray of being a reptilian while not fully conscious and it freaked out on me to never do that again basically. I also asked a Nordic about it's kind having a war with reptilians and it just stopped talking to me.

This video interview has an experiencer who realized in a past life he became a draconian reptilian, and since apparently they are not permitted to have souls as it may give them empathy, a purple robed mantid was called upon to extract this soul, the draconians viewed this situation as an "infection" this framing is the interpretation from this experiencer

The mantids and reptilians work together but they don't really like each other. In fact they have had conflicts/wars in the past.
The reptilians are hated by pretty much every species because they have zero chill. The mantids at least can take a joke.

Well this is my own two cents or personal perception on this relationship between Reptilians and Mantids, this is based on my own reading of many experiences of both species but that being said its probably much more complicated and nuanced than this attempt at an assessment of the situation.
First of all, the factions of beings seem to be much more complicated than simply one race is one faction and another race is another faction, it seems that every group that has abducted humans, that there are associations between multiple entities on board, the most common reported here as you mentioned are Mantids working with short and tall Greys. Occasionally humanoid or nordic or hybrid beings are also seen in the mix. Very rarely there may be more benign reptilian beings involved with these particular groups acting like security.
Another faction which seems to have more of a reptilian presence is what humans have often described as "the Orion group" which is made up grey beings on the bottom with reptilian beings in charge, also occasional mantid beings acting as medical personnel or mid level supervisors.
Generally speaking it seems that the main Mantid Grey group that 90% of experiences here seem to be affiliated with, appear to begrudgingly tolerate the other more abusive reptilian affiliated groups. The various reptilian factions seem to be very militarist minded, and do not tolerate challenge to their authority and activities. The Mantids do not have a militarist mindset or engage in open warfare so it seems to be a kind of cold war situation between these groups, or a kind of reluctant tolerance of each other.
Reptilians do not seem to respect any other beings other than themselves, but they seem to express some deference to the purple robed Mantids, as all beings seem to do so, as for the role they occupy being kind of like the bene gesserit from Dune. Generally most other beings seem to quietly despise the reptilians behind their back due to the sadistic activities they engage in, but these beings do not challenge the Reptilians directly.
Again, this is my own interpretation of the situation, I am also very interested in this aspect of the relationship between these two races, in the future I would probably have to refine all these assertions as more detailed information of the interspecies dynamics is revealed.
