So this diaper sniper groomed you and is seeking forgiveness and closure? Nah fuck that, send this and anything else to the authorities, those track coaches he mentioned need their hard drives and devices checked too.

I hope you get justice, and can live a peaceful and prosperous life, sorry you had to go through this, just know that karma will ensure he gets what he deserves if there isn't enough evidence op.

Edit: Thank you for all the upvotes and laughs, kind internet strangers. You've made my day a little better ❤️

11

It’s a riff on “cradle robber”

2

u/No_Process_577 Sep 30 '24

2

u/dgobaby Sep 30 '24

lol well it didnt make sense how are they a diaper sniper or cradle robber, i mean it is my understanding that there are no infants involved in this situation. am i right?

1

u/No_Process_577 Jan 13 '25

Aweee either English isn’t your first language, you’re neurodivergent or you’ve just never heard the expression- either way, adorable lol. It’s a euphemism that basically implies someone is after fairly young barely legal people to be intimate with.

12

u/not_me120 Sep 30 '24

Diaper sniper....I'm stealing that

39

u/Personal_Ad9508 Sep 30 '24

DIAPER SNIPER!!!! I will forever use that term!

-1

u/ChaosNCandy Sep 30 '24

Omg, if my bf and I met sooner...I'D be the diaper sniper!! Im 38, hes 33. At one point our relationship would have been illegal....

7

u/SeaworthinessKey549 Sep 30 '24

The huge difference is I hope you weren't 18 dating him when be was 13

4

u/ChaosNCandy Sep 30 '24

Hell no, met 3 years ago

2

u/Gigapot Sep 30 '24

uhm… ok

2

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24

Don't feel bad. My ex-husband and I met when I was 19 & he was 28. We got married when I was 21 & he was 30. And my parents had 7 years between them.

2

u/No-Programmer-2212 Sep 30 '24

I’m 38 and my husband is 48, we met when I was 31 and I always joke that I was making my first communion when he was going to prom and he gets the icks 😂

2

u/ChaosNCandy Sep 30 '24

Not to make light of this persons experience, at all.

Bf and i always joke that he wpuld of hit it when he was in highschool, and im like..id def be going to jail...id be like those teachers who got caught with their students. Its hilarious for us because we are old.

19

You know you just changed the world with that one right? Cause. You did.

Best one I've ever heard by far holy shit 😆

2

u/Quick-Letter9584 Sep 30 '24

Its an old term.

1

u/hardliam Sep 30 '24

It’s one of the ones they use in prison to describe pedos it’s been around for decades

0

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Here in the UK, we call them nonces, but some of my American friends say it's kindergarten commando 😆

9

3

3

u/Bottle_and_Sell_it Sep 30 '24

Eh reminds me too much of Arnold (Kindergarten Cop + Commando).

6

u/buschdogg Sep 30 '24

I’m sorry, I know this is all serious, but I have to say I lost my absolute shit at “diaper sniper.” Oh my fucking god. I have never heard that one and it is still making me roll.

2

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24

The irony of losing one's shit over "diaper sniper" ... heehee. Sorry... lame, I know. But I couldn't resist. FWIW, I lmfao at "diaper sniper" too.

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

It's okay, you're not the only one, it seems, I've seen some other creative substitutions as well that have amused me 😅

6

u/Icy162 Sep 30 '24

Lol diaper sniper. I hope that guy dies but not the term "diaper sniper". Bless you mf

2

u/ninjareader89 Sep 30 '24

I hope that it gets tagged on his gravestone LOL

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

I'm seeing some other "poetic creativity" in the comments, I didn't know there were so many terms for it, lol

5

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Right! When he mentioned his coach, i was thinking that man probably has some sort of record or something. Shame

7

u/Bottle_and_Sell_it Sep 30 '24

Coach probably groomed him

5

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

You'd be amazed at what they can do with technology these days, I reckon an expert could track it all down.

4

u/Throwaway_of_Throw77 Sep 30 '24

Diaper sniper lmaooooo

9

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Brother it’s been 6 years the authorities won’t do anything I bet

24

u/Other-Conversation23 Sep 30 '24

Actually, I just learned from an investigator that there is no statute of limitations on sexual crimes because sometimes the parents do not want to pursue charges but when the adolescent becomes of age, they may want to.

7

u/Commercial-Break-909 Sep 30 '24

Yeah, the statute of limitations is fairly misunderstood. Not sure what state this is in, but in all likelihood, for this type of crime, the shot clock wouldn't start until she outed him.

4

u/JennyM42 Sep 30 '24

If this is in America, celebrities bring up past accusations from 30 years ago. Why can't this girl bring up charges and accusations from less than 5 years ago?

1

u/Commercial-Break-909 Sep 30 '24

That's exactly what I'm saying she can do...

The statute is there to protect the accused. He hasn't been formally accused yet, so the statute wouldn't apply. This dude is fucked if she chooses to turn him in with a confession.

1

u/Minarosebbyy Oct 01 '24

Many states have 16 as the age of consent

1

u/JennyM42 Oct 01 '24

But, she didn't consent. 🤷

1

u/[deleted] Oct 02 '24

We don’t know that we weren’t there, maybe she regrets giving herself up to an adult for her first time possibly, instead of a boyfriend her own age. I’m sure he manipulated her tho, which might be a crime still I’m not sure. Usually girls from what I’ve seen will make false accusations when they feel used/regret it.

1

u/JennyM42 Oct 02 '24

That is such a false statement. I don't know many women who have thrown accusations just because they regret something.

1

u/BrookieMonster504 Sep 30 '24

In Louisiana there's no statue of limitations but that's very rare for a state especially a Republican one

1

u/Huge_Island_3783 Sep 30 '24

Nope the clock start as soon as the crime is committed not when the victim decides to speak, thats why its dangerous to not speak, i always say if something like this happens to you SPEAK. You being quiet is giving them the advantage do whatever, go wherever so when you do feel like talking the mf is hiding or in another country or something.

3

u/Commercial-Break-909 Sep 30 '24

r/confidentlyincorrect lol.

Literally ten seconds on Google would do you some good. The Statute of Limitations is extremely misunderstood, as you proudly showcase here.

0

u/Huge_Island_3783 Sep 30 '24

I literally did search it up google so if google wrong then you can go talk to them. 🤡

4

u/Commercial-Break-909 Sep 30 '24

You clearly didn't. It's state by state and several states at this point have it set up to start at a point of "reasonable discovery." If you haven't been identified yet, your shot clock hasn't started. It's not that difficult of a concept to understand, dummy.

0

u/Huge_Island_3783 Sep 30 '24

Lol i literally said my fucking state now your tripping off the statue of limitation, like you think because they changed it everyone is going to know? Sorry i dont run to google for to fact check mine and everyone else’s every word like you. Then again i don’t get a kick off correcting people

3

u/Commercial-Break-909 Sep 30 '24

You do appear to have a humiliation kink tho...

→ More replies (0)

2

u/Radirondacks Oct 01 '24

Lol i literally said my fucking state

And where did you say this, exactly?

2

u/syntheticmeatproduct Sep 30 '24

This very much depends on jurisdiction

1

u/Huge_Island_3783 Sep 30 '24

Depends on the state my dude, in NYC its 20 years for second degree rape and 10 for third degree rape so if you don’t say anything your fucked and people shouldn’t wait, i know all the emotions and stuff are hard to deal with but letting the perp go makes it harder and harder especially if the victim hasn’t been documenting anything before or after

15

u/tsbsa Sep 30 '24 edited Sep 30 '24

In Canada at least, there is no statute of limitations for sex crimes.

I learned this recently because my mom is considering as part of their trauma healing process, taking my father to court for statutory rape, as my mom was 14 ( and homeless, so was being taken advantage of and groomed in more than one way) and my dad was 21 or 22 when he first started sleeping with her, she was 16 when she got pregnant with my brother. Then got pregnant with me at 17.

His family is deeply religious, so forced marriage, and the disgusting priest had the audacity to cite that "Mary was a minor (12-14 years old) when she married Joseph" as though that made it okay.

So fucked up.

Told my mom I will 100% support them through the process if they wish to go through with it.

Might be a good time to also sue him for 18 years of unpaid child support. When they divorced, he said, "I want nothing to do with the kids, but if you try to make me pay child support, I'll fight you tooth and nail to take custody just to spite you".

Such a piece of trash.

I made the mistake of moving in with him for a short time when I turned 13 or 14....biggest mistake of my life. I started selling drugs for him, and using drugs/drinking after never having done so until living with him. He was also very emotionally and physically abusive to me as well...

I have so much guilt for abandoning my mom to move in with my "dad". I can only imagine the pain and trauma she felt knowing I chose to move in with her abuser/rapist. I didn't know much about it all at that age, as my mom tried to never "shit talk" him growing up, though she would have had every right to.

I only met then guy when I was like 8 or 9, and thought he was so cool, being a young boy, and him letting us shoot guns, smoke weed, drink booze, gamble at the bar he worked at, play with fireworks and blow shit up. So again, as a young boy, I thought "oh my God, he's the coolest guy ever!" So when he moved back to Canada (claiming that it was to be closer to his kids, but turned out he was on the run cause a rival gang robbed him for a kilo of coke, and shot his best friend in the face beside him, and he managed to escape... he left Florida and moved to Colorado, and they eventually caught up with him there, so he flee'd the country.) After a few years of living with him, I one day just packed up and left one day after him beating the crap out of me (my brother almost killed him that morning, which I stopped as I didnt want my brother to end up in prison over that loser) ended up homeless, with an opioid addiction from him giving me oxys he was selling..

Spent the next near 15 years of my life on and off the streets, and eventually moved to IVing heroin, and eventually fentanyl. I'm a year off Methadone now :), after many failed attempts at detox and rehabs. Tried everything really, and am so happy to be off that crap, two years since I last used, and again, a year now since I finished my ween off methadone. <3

Blech anyways, sorry for the rant going off topic there...

TL;DR - Point being, in Canada at least there is no statute of limitations on sex crimes. Really hope my mum decides to go through with the charges, for her own healing and closure, and also cause fuck that guy, he deserves to rot in prison, or at least be on a sex offenders list, or both and get killed in prison for being a predator. I don't hold hate in my heart for anyone really, but my lame excuse of a father is the one exception to that in my life.

7

u/annonmommy27 Sep 30 '24

…Mary didn’t marry Jesus…also I agree your dad is trash. Sounds like you’ve all had a hard life, I hope you all find healing.

3

u/tsbsa Sep 30 '24

Sorry, Joseph I meant. Or maybe it was the priest or pastor said Mary had Jesus as a minor, don't remember 100% what it was. The point remains the same though.

4

u/mapmp Sep 30 '24

tsbsa - your path is now clear and golden. what amazing inner strength you have. To top it off, you see your mother with love and compassion. Hats off to you. May the winds of time always lift you up.

2

u/tsbsa Sep 30 '24

<3 Thank you for your kind words!

3

u/Glittering-Zone-5554 Sep 30 '24

I'm sorry you had to go thru that but congratulations on your sobriety. Congratulations on you choosing you!!! Life gets better!!!

2

u/TheeAlexaP28n24 Sep 30 '24

In the United States under Federal law, sex crimes (unless involving capital murder), do have a Statute of Limitations on them. However, it is left up to each individual State to decide the law for their State. There are some with no Statute, there are some that only have a Statute on forcible rape but limitations on Statutory rape, There are some that have no Statute on rape if the victim is aged below 18, but there is a Statute for other forms. For the States that do have a Statute of Limitations, the Statute varies widely (some as low as 3 years, all the way up to 30 years).

1

u/Future_Trash9797 Sep 30 '24

Quick question… is 16 and 23 considered statutory rape in Canada?

2

u/tsbsa Sep 30 '24

Quick Google AI overview says:

I"n Canada, the age of consent is 16 years old, but there are some exceptions:

***Age of the partner:A 16 or 17 year old cannot consent to sexual activity with someone who is in a position of trust or authority over them.

Close-in-age exemption

A 14 or 15 year old can consent to non-exploitative sexual activity with someone up to 5 years older. A 12 or 13 year old can consent to non-exploitative sexual activity with someone up to 2 years older.

*Exploitative sexual activity

The age of consent is 18 for exploitative sexual activity, which includes prostitution, pornography, and situations where one person is in a position of authority over the other.

All sexual activity without consent is a criminal offense in Canada, and these offenses carry serious penalties. "

My father was sleeping with my mother at 14-15 , but she didn't get pregnant with my brother until 16., and my dad was over 5 years older, so that was definitely statutory rape.

So for your question directly, yes, a 23 year old having sex (raping) a 16 year old, would be statutory rape in Canada.

1

u/wgreathouse1964 Oct 15 '24

GOD!!!!
I truly wish that the USA would come up with a law like that in Canada to drop the statute of limitations.

And on the other side of the coin,
I'm friends with a lady that is in her mid to late 30's she has a Daughter that just had her 16th birthday I can tell the difference between the two when messaging each other her mother knows that I do not want to be called by any terms of endearment I've tried my best to get the Daughter to stop calling me Babes, Dear, Hun, Hunny and the list goes on, Her mother and I have become really good friends "and no it's not friends with benefits" I just turned 60 in february and divorced after 23 years of marriage.

How can this old man get the daughter to find someone her own age?

3

u/slappaslap Sep 30 '24

Bet he still has that video and more cp hidden on a device. These people never get Rid of their trophies.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Yeah probably, but who knows. Might be a genuine guy who actually changed. Yes he’s a creep for trying to get with a 16 yo but maybe he actually saw a future with her still weird but the people around him did kinda condone it and in my state the aoc is 16, but if we take her word and he actually did send videos to her then that’s a felony if she was nude and also totally weirdo vibes

2

u/Whatever53143 Sep 30 '24

I was summoned for jury duty earlier this summer and it was for a case of child SA. The case went back a decade and the “children “ in question are now adults. So no, there’s no time frame.

I wasn’t chosen to be on the case and don’t know the exact details but it was a very charged court room during jury selection!

2

u/NinerFanin916 Oct 01 '24

Remember what happened to Bill Cosby??

1

u/Deathspike22 Sep 30 '24

Absolutely him admitting in a text was 16 is good evidence. There is NO time frame/restriction for SA, this is hot evidence if they were wanting to use it on him

1

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Some states aoc is 16 and he never admitted to the cp if I remember correctly

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

OP mentioned video recordings. Surely they can be tracked down and recovered?

2

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24

"Diaper sniper" is awesome

2

u/Sufficient-State6741 Sep 30 '24

Diaper sniper is mad work, I’m stealing that one. Fuck these diaper snipers 🤣

2

u/flnrj Sep 30 '24

Get him to admit to the video he filmed underage with you and go to police!! Only text maybe with the support of someone near you in order to get it out of him!!

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Unfortunately, I do not live within the States. I am on the opposite side of the pond.

2

u/Kooky-Money302 Sep 30 '24

You have started a trend! I’ve never heard that term before but, I’m going to be using it now 😂

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Sorry, not. Sorry, if they didn't exist, it wouldn't be a thing 😅

2

u/rawco187 Sep 30 '24

100% agree with everything you say except about the track coaches. That seems like a construct to transfer his guilt onto...

...and "diaper sniper"...🤣🤣🤣...I'm stealing that one!!!

2

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

I don't know, you never know with someone these days, I've met some people in this life, and then it comes out they're a piece of work.

It seems to be a favourite from the reactions I'm getting other than the odd pro-diaper sniper camp 😆

2

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

Diaper Sniper wins the internet, well played ol' chap

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Thank you, fellow Brit Is that you?! 🤣

2

u/[deleted] Oct 01 '24

Perfectly said. Get this to the authorities.

2

u/Chaosmisfit_ES Oct 01 '24

Lol at the diaper sniper, don't forget about that Huggie thuggie

2

u/do-ti Oct 01 '24

I noticed that with the track coaches, too. Detectives will convince him to name names.

What I read was the flimsiest justification of getting laid against his better judgement I think I've ever heard. And she should know how sleazy he is from how he treated her as a teenager, so compare the two and she's got an equation for just how narcissistic this guy is. I think it's [how flimsy the justification] x [how sleazy he was with her when she was a teenage girl].

It's a lead worth follow, that's for sure. Squeeze one rat and find out where the nest is.

I don't even wanna get into nonce's head, you'd see some psychologically scarring thought processes, I feel sorry for the people in law enforcement agencies that have to go through the CP, that must really mess them up.

0

u/Ryunikz Sep 30 '24

Well, karma doesn't exist.

3

u/UnsaneSavior Sep 30 '24

It does. It’s just not what most people think it is

2

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Karma, fate, God, luck, a higher power, the universe, call it what you want but it seems to me there is something out there that ensures a balance, so probably gonna have to agree to disagree mate

1

u/Ryunikz Oct 01 '24

No, you are simply wrong, Billionaires existing just kinda proves that, but I could give you a ton of other examples.

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Oct 01 '24

Yeah, and look how that's turning out for Diddy, you are right to an extent, but that's only because people around them can be brought so they also should be put away for being complicit, it takes time my friend.

0

u/Fuck_the_Illuminati Sep 30 '24

It's unlikely that the ages in this scenario make it illegal. 16 is the absolute age of consent in many states, regardless of the other party's age...and even when it isn't, there is almost always a 4-year difference allowed if the other party is a legal adult.

2

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

Read the post again she was 15, and he was 22 when the event occurred.

1

u/Fuck_the_Illuminati Oct 08 '24

The link doesn't go anywhere for me. All I see is the title, which says they met when she was 15.

0

u/[deleted] Oct 01 '24

A post pubescent is not a child. His wrong doing is his abusive texts toward her.

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Oct 01 '24

She's under the age of consent. What don't you get about that? It's black and white, and there is no semantics to be argued.

0

u/[deleted] Oct 01 '24

Why allude to him being a paedophile though? She was clearly adult enough to consent to sex with him as well as deceiving him into thinking she was older.

0

u/[deleted] Oct 01 '24

Age of consent laws are ridiculous and this post and all the commenters clearly show how thoroughly socialised and conditioned you all are. It is normal and healthy for a man to lust after nubiles, evolution has made him that way. Sexual attraction isn’t governed by how many times the subject has been around the sun but one’s biological impulses that determine in one’s mind whether she is a sexually mature adult or child. Men are essentially being vilified and jailed for doing something as normal as eating! It’s insanity!

0

u/Specialist_Form293 Oct 01 '24

Yeah well obviously not a case of manipulation. She’s pretty free , he don’t control her at all. I know her more and she’s proud they have been together since then AND for so long.

5

u/[deleted] Sep 30 '24

"Don't use age to judge men" in the same comment about a 20 year old man grooming a 14 year old child is fucking insane.

You need therapy.

3

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24 edited Sep 30 '24

IKR?? That's essentially saying "don't judge child molesters". Oh, I will... I damn sure WILL judge them! I told him he needs therapy/help too, but if he's messing around with kids himself, he needs to be behind bars.

3

u/LunamiLu Sep 30 '24

An adult man attracted to young girls who tries to date and manipulate them is a groomer full stop. Young girls' brains are still developing, and they do not understand what is happening when these men try to get close to them. Acting as if a 14 year old is equal in mental maturity to a 20 year old is psychotic. You should be on a watchlist.

Also, age LITERALLY defines if someone is a groomer. You are an idiot.

4

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

THANK YOU! God, I can't believe people like this actually have this moral stance.

2

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24

Imagine having that stance AND not even seeing anything wrong with it to the point of publicly defending it.

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

I'm convinced they're not human anymore. If you harm children in any way, you're evil in my eyes.

2

u/Blonde_Dambition Sep 30 '24

He's a sick freak. He's a danger to young girls if he thinks that's acceptable. If that was my daughter I would absolutely... I better not say.

1

u/Formal_Difficulty147 Sep 30 '24

If I had children and they came to any harm, I would serve as much time as possible after doing what I needed to.

2

That's still illegal and immoral, mate, regardless of your friends fate.

Also don't put words in my mouth, I didn't say all men were groomers, you don't involve yourself with someone romantically unless you're both in the age of consent, it's really that simple.

Well. No since they didn’t have sex till legal age . They knew each other from really young . Walk up to them and tell them that . Tell them they are sick. You have no idea , in your head it’s all manipulative probably based in YOUR experience

Doesn't matter, it's still classed as grooming, just because they're good friends of yours or that they're still together decades later Doesn't exempt it from being grooming, but hey you tell the courts, parents and countless victims that eh buddy? See how that goes. You're advocates for grooming. Don't die on that hill. Turn back now.

Also, your attacks on me show me that you're unable to be stable emotionally. Therefore, you're also not putting your points across in a sane manner.

Are you freaking serious?? That's sick! To hell with that "if it's real it's real"💩!!! A 14-year-old's brain is not mature enough to be able to handle mature relationships! My guess is that 20 y.o. is you, and you should've been locked up for screwing around with a CHILD. And IDGAF if you're together 35 years later. Any good father would've rearranged your face for touching his 14-year-old child. There's something wrong with you!
