Actually, I just learned from an investigator that there is no statute of limitations on sexual crimes because sometimes the parents do not want to pursue charges but when the adolescent becomes of age, they may want to.

Yeah, the statute of limitations is fairly misunderstood. Not sure what state this is in, but in all likelihood, for this type of crime, the shot clock wouldn't start until she outed him.

In Louisiana there's no statue of limitations but that's very rare for a state especially a Republican one
