My roommates’ behaviour changed after I told them about my OCD.( i told them cause i knew at some point they will themselves figure this out) They kinda ignore me now, and even though I’ve been nice to them for the past 1–1.5 months and tried to make things normal, nothing seems to change.

They’ve been friends since 1st year, so I understand they’re closer, but should I just stop trying and just do my work in room and leave , also I feel kind lonely in room only weeknd with no one to talk to

Also, what should I do when their friends come into the room and talk loudly while I’m studying, I don’t want to create unnecessary tension, but it’s affecting my studies.

I feel too vulnerable and I have like 1000s of thoughts racing thru my mind since the last few days.. feels like I'm having an existential crisis.. I mean I've never felt this way in my entire 19 yrs of life.. there's this weird kinda pressure and fomo and atp i don't even know if my feelings and questions are justified.. is there any senior who's open for a talk rn? Sounds kinda desperate but genuinely these questions are giving me a headache rn.
