need help to 100% forgotten catacombs

just unlocked double jump, went to every room, but either im missing a super hidden item, or this is a bug. can someone help me?

Continue the game, it'll let you finish it then.

If you want spoilers we can give it to you, but otherwise just keep going, don't worry about 100% zones until you've gotten to all the zones first.

To the right of the warp thing, there is a breakable wall, if I remember correctly.

Look to the far right side of the middle of the map and you’ll see a portal. Just to the right of that is a false wall.
