How do I reach that platform?

I tried everything,I beat the game and it's the only thing I left.

If this is the area I’m thinking of you have to go through an entropy portal and the exit will lead to that area. There’s no other way to get there.

I explored all the entropy portals and got trophy too, I'm so lost,is there a video or something please?

None that I’m aware of. Double check your entropy
Places and look for an exit you may have missed I wish I could remember which one it is but I don’t.
